my LO has been dealing with thrush and it's pretty much all gone but there are these white tiny patches that keep popping up under her top lip. the thing is they easily wipe away with a washcloth and don't bleed.. so could it be something else? or is it so mild that it wipes away? we boil everything but it's hard to boil pacis between each use every single time. so we're thinking it's the paci and gonna try to stop using it. because it'll be gone and pop back up again within 24 hours. I don't get it.
