I would go to L&D!!! My contractions sound exactly like what you are describing. I had constipation pains that would come and go and I could not potty at all. They really werent bad or painful but i couldnt concentrate to sleep. Finally went to L&D and I was for sure I'm labor!! Everybody told me that you know what contractions are even if your a first time mom and I call crap because I just felt the need to crap !
