Oh my gosh how much more of my mucus plug can i lose ? Like seriously how big is it ? Ever since I started to lose it every time i wipe theres some on the tissue And now I was sitting there for five mins tryna grab this big ol glob that was just hanging with tissue ans more and more kept coming omg sorry time i just want this process to hurry up tired of the pain 😩😪

@leiibaaaby, sex if your water hasn't brokeN. the sperm will soften the cervix. other than that just time and keep moving. @tattoomom3 yeah that's the annoying part!
@wyattsmomma, i was in hospital for 3 days n i lost it there and when u would wipe there be some too but after that just moco stuff n i haven't been in labor yet...I walk sooooo much in still at 3cm this driving me insanse @
Is there anything else i do besides walking? Ive been bouncing on the side of the bed and rocking on all fours @wtattsmomma
@leiibaaaby, lots of walking if you can, gravity is your best friend. walk the hospital if you have to and go back when you cannot handle anymore. @tattoomom3 yes your plug can regenerate it's self. you can lose your plugs more than once. I'm not 100% sure on the bloody show though, I think once you lose that your going into active labor.
rebuild? @wyattsmomma I didn't know it rebuilds ...I also had a bloody show n then after only moco looking stringy stuff

The last time when it was alot i had alil blood now its just straight huge globs of mucus @wyattsmomma
My dr told me 3 to 5 mins apart 10 in an hour. @leiibaaaby
