When did some of you guys start telling your bosses and jobs? I'm in my 11th week and haven't told anyone I work with yet. I'm getting antsy to tell them (partly because my announcement photo will be seen by those that follow me on Instagram so I've been putting off posting it and I'm really excited to post it because it's hella cute and it has me and my SO written all over it). I'm not out of the woods of the first trimester completely yet but I went to the doctors on Friday and they looked at everything and besides my being anemic, baby and I are fine. I work at urban outfitters as a sales associate currently so the heaviest thing I'm ever carrying is a pile of clothes on or off of hangers, occasionally undressing or redressing a form (mannequin) here and there, and bending or squatting to pick up something a sloppy customer dropped while tearing the store apart shopping. Nothing too strenuous, but I'm obviously on my feet for long periods of time which I know some people and doctors advise against when you're pregnant. I feel like if I still worked at my old job I would've had no choice but to tell them by now because I was working at toys and babies r us for two years prior to my current job (how ironic, I leave a toy and baby store and get pregnant almost 4 months after leaving 😂) as a low level supervisor and did everything from stocking to ringing to processing heavy returns such as baby gear and everything else and worked longer hours.
