They tell you that you should get lots of rest in your 3rd trimester so why does it feel almost impossible to do that? i literally only get about 2/3 hours of sleep a night and its restless sleep at that (even with a sleep aid) and it's making me miserable. Even with my due date change i have about 6 1/2- 7 weeks left idk how ima make it thru this 😢
