why does my belly get hard during the day? im a first time mommy so yeah, all this is new.. lol

I heard off again on again hardening of the tummy is BH contractions. Which my stomach is always off and on again hard like all day long so I guess I get them a lot 🙇🏼

Yeah my stomach has been doing it for a couple weeks and I'll be 20 weeks on Tuesday

Bh contractions are just preparation for the real contractions, I don't think it means anything such as preterm labor and what not
