I want to purchase a breathable mattress for about 300.00, however, my mother in law says it's overkill. What do you guys think? 😟😟😟

thank goodness for financing too, lol otherwise we'd be sleeping on something else. this bed is my baby!!
when it comes to the bed you're going to be sleeping on every night for the next however many years to come, there is no overkill. my husband and I paid $1600 for a n off brand memory foam mattress and I am so in love with it. I could never imagine sleeping in another bed for the next eight or so years.
My husband and I spent $700 on a mattress and box spring before we got married... Definitely worth the money and we got a super good quality Serta with a pillow top! Honestly, sleep is so important. I don't think that's overkill at all!
I highly recommend getting one. we got a king size but they had all sizes and the queen and full sizes were really affordable. plus a lot of places finance so it's super affordable. we went to a discount place, you just have to shop around!
