soooo my cousin is getting married Sept 24th. my baby will only be 3 and a half months old. my sisters due date is 6 days after the 24th.. and this girls wedding is 3 hours from home. my baby will be exclusively breastfed on demand. and I'll have a 2 year old as well. am I being selfish for not wanting to be apart of it with it being that far away? What If my sister goes into labor? and we can't leave the day before and stay over night because my husband won't have any paid time off built up since he's using it all for our baby being born. it just seems unrealistic even trying. my daughter was a difficult baby and I'm not looking for this one to be easier. so what do I do?

@miggystylz, I'm hoping. she wanted me to be a brides maid and My daughter be the flower girl. but she doesn't have kids so idk if she will get why I'm being iffy on it. the only reason it's going to be at the beach 3 hours away is so her dang dog can be a part of it 😑

Oh that's tough well I guess you should let her know early so she can figure out replacements , she may feel some kind of way but she should respect the fact that you let her know early plus with a newborn and your sister going into delivery , that's a lot . Goodluck

@miggystylz, that's what I'm hoping. but like I told her I can't control my baby being a newborn or my sister possibly delivering around that time. it would be different if I could control that. they just came up with the beach idea today. they've been engaged for a week and been together 2 months. we will see how this goes...lol
