Hello ladies big question and concerns. So my husband and I have been trying to conceive. We tried a week before my ovulation and on my last day of ovulation. Unfortunately I got my cycle, but my concern is my cycle on last 5 days and it ends with just red bleeding, but on the 6th day I had some brown spotting with some cramping & my boobs are a little sore but that only happens before my cycle. Does anyone know what this means bc it's not normal for me.

I don't know what it means but I think trying a week before ovulation is a bit far off.. Most of the sperm die before then. I would try 5 days or less before.

I start a week before my ovulation day and had sex every other day that whole week and even after because even tho I tried to pin point Mu ovulation I didn't want to miss and I only have my left ovary and it work it
