this is my one year old daughter who is having meltdowns that scar me to pieces,when she gets frustrated she bangs her head on things or hits herself and I noticed a tiny bruise from where she head butted her truck in her bedroom... any advice would be nice cause idk what options I do have... I know it's any case of terrible 2s but mercy me.

@desiree918, my son pulls his hair I hate it 😑and he is starting to throw himself on the floor I don't pay attention to him and he stops
