I have it also at 21 weeks my doctor told me its my ligaments being very soft but it's normal

I would just bring it up at your next doc appt. if it's gets really bad call the doc office.

@babymama85, I had severe lighting crotch with y first at 34+ weeks but I'm just 18 weeks now and I'm starting to get it

@babymama85, it really hurts I was put on bed rest for 4 weeks because every time I moved or especially got up or walked I wanted to cry
