How can you tell if you have ruptured your amniotic sac?!

Literally like peeing yourself just a lot of it and clear fluid.. It's really warm too 😆

Mine broke slowly, i just kept having gushes every so often for hours & hours it was just like peeing myself but i would soak a pad every time

That's what I'm asking.. I don't mean a whole "break your water", I mean when someone ruptures it, which could consists of a small hole or tear.. @steffykp @annabellemaesmommy

@cass_lynne, I'm sorry I don't really understand what you're asking :/ all i can say is if you think yours is ruptured you should go to l&d to get tested

we just aren't sure. Every time I call the on call doctor he tells me I'm fine. So I don't even see the point in bothering because of the way I'm treated every time. @annabellemaesmommy

But I bled for 10 hours, slow bleeding one day into the night. I leak a lot and every time I sit to poop and push I leak. But I can't tell if it's pee or not. @annabellemaesmommy

If you think you did, you need to go cause it can cause infection and if you lose it all, it's not good for baby. When I went to l&d for that, they said it is veryyyyy important to get tested to make sure or it can be bad. They said if you think there's any chance it's fluid to go in. Who cares how they treat you, it's their job and your baby is more important. Just go there.

I wouldn't listen to the on cal doctor. They are usually really busy & don't want to take time out of their night to talk to someone other than the patients they have. You can get an infection if you have a hole in your amniotic sac, & idk about the bleeding but i would most definitely go to the hospital

I would just go in because they can test to see if it's your fluid or not. If your having a blooding show as well that's a sign on things progressing.

I haven't bled in a few days now. But I don't think there's a hole in my sac. I haven't really leaked much more so I don't know. I hate making trips to the hospital for nothing. It gets expensive and they always treat me like shit when I go in.. The doctors and the nurses. it's not constant leaking. if your brave enough try and put your own fingers up there and feel for your cervix (will be towrds the top) I did that when I was in labor at home (left my house when I was 5cm and got to the hospital at 7cm) I could feel my sons head it was slimmy feeling.

I have a feeling I'm definitely not that dilated. I wish. I just spent 20 minutes bouncing intensely on the yoga ball. I'm in pain, but it's not doing anything. I've had spicy food today and everything. @tiffrae

They always feel my son's head. He's so low and has been forever. Any more dropping he will be falling out of me @tiffrae

leaning over the yoga ball with your arms and away your hips back and forth. helps bring baby down more. He won't fall out.
