woke up and lower back and hips hurt 😢 always had back pain but first time with my hips...oh and found out biological dad and little sister are down so i cant just stay in bed or in pj's. time to get up and fake the the smile. lets hope my little sister understands to stay calm and don't flip if i end up sick (usually sick at least 1x a day still). the joys of little siblings bein 11 years younger. hopefully she is nicer about her not bein the baby of the family anymore also 😑😑😑
