What over the counter medicine can I take for sleep that's safe for pregnancy ?!?

Well I'm always in pain in my lower abdomen, hip and back that's why I have sleepless nights

You are fine with Tylenol pm just don't make it an everyday thing for that reason and because it can be addicting

unisom is an otc sleep aid safe for pregnancy and you can take benadryl 😊

I asked my doctor and they said it was fine I took one instead of two and it worked great for me
