They can be different for everyone, but that sounds pretty similar to how mine felt! Mine became consistent in pain and didn't go away after an hour or so.

Me too!! Try relaxing on your left side and drinking some water! Or taking a bath may help! If they don't go away or they get worse you may want to go in and see if they can get them to stop. 😘 sending good vibes your way!

Thanks. I was just at the specialist this afternoon because the baby hadn't moved in 12 hours but everything was normal. and cervix closed and long so that's good!! I will try it thanks!! @devanloves

Keep us updated!! I'm sure everything is fine! If it helps I had a couple false labor "spells" a week towards the end with my first! So it may be strong Braxton hicks! Just go with your intuition and don't feel dumb if you need to go back in. 😊
