sounds like the side effects to me. I was on the Mirena for 3yrs & I had those symptoms for the longest. But to be on the safe side you should take a test here & there. if you get pregnant while on the Mirena it can be very bad.

Yeah side affects. If your worried call the doctor and they can check to make sure nothing is wrong with it. Otherwise I wouldn't worry to much about it
