I'm on my way to the emergency room because I'm having really horrible cramping and really bad pains…

I'm on my way to the emergency room because I'm having really horrible cramping and really bad pains in my lady parts (& butt lol) I can't sit up and I can barely hold back tears.

I'm just really confused at what is going on. My due date is tomorrow. What do you think is happening or will happen?
