Would any moms be willing to share a picture of their birth plan? I want to write one up but I have no clue where to start & I'd like to hear from some other moms what they are/did do for their plans.

My midwife had me fill it out then circle anything I didn't understand or had questions on and then I brought it to my next appt and we went over it.
