My doctor says unless you feel a serious gush like your panties are soaked and it is like a waterfall that is continuous, then it is just pee or discharge. My panties are always slightly wet and I was really worried but it is never like a waterfall or continuous flow.

Not everyone gets a big gush^ I'd go in and get checked you don't want to risk it because you can get an infection if it is your amniotic fluid.
