If they can't get the epidural in they will put you to sleep prior to giving you the c-section. I was sleep with my first and awake with my 2nd

@livd15, I'm just so terrified of needles, like 99% of the time I get blood drawn I almost pass out or do pass out. And i just really had a good vaginal birth experience. Plus I'll be the one home with my babies and I know it will be hard if I have to get one.. I'm just nervous this time 😩

the one good part I didn't see the needle at all and it didn't feel bad cuz they numb you up so you actually only feel the numbing needle which was just a little burn. honestly the IV in the hand was wayyyyyy worse than anything else

@lashellg, oh okay. I don't know much about it.. Don't even know if I'll have one, but my little one was breeched and I didn't have that problem with my first she was head down early in my pregnancy

also I was up and moving around pretty good a few days after. obv I hope u have a beautiful natural birth and everyone heals diff but it was not bad

@livd15, I had a bad experience with the IV it took 6 people to get one in me.. My arms and hands were so bruised up and nasty looking 😷

Well I wish you the best of luck with everything. But its not the end of the world or a bad thing. Im going on my 3rd c section. And I cant wait lol

@livd15, well I'm glad to hear you had a good recovery.. I had to get a few stitches and it was pretty hard for me to get around without help from my SO. Like walking up and down the stairs I needed him to help carry me.

@lashellg, oh I know I'm just a bit nervous because it's a major surgery in my opinion, but aww good luck to you ☺️☺️
