Anytime I eat meat my heartburn is INTENSE and won't go away with tums or anything😩 any ideas ladies?

maybe all the grease in the meat? I get bad heart burn with greasy stuff or stuff that has a lot of acid

Take Zantac an hr before you eat had the same problem and that's what my ob told me to do
