So happy i'm sleeping better during this trimester compared to the first😊now if only the hip and butt pains would go away...😒🤔

@cthomas, i started yoga too! best thing im doing for my body aside from chiro!

I had really bad hip and back pain as well. I did some yoga poses and that helped stretch me out!

I'm 31 weeks tomorrow and still have them....I did notice though they occurs more when you sleep or sit in a funky position for too long.
