good morning ladies I took a test last night it came out positive I took a test this morning it came out negative..I'm having lower stomach pains and pelvic pains on weds night I thought I got my period and it wasn't a period it was brown blood and light pink I put a tampon in thinking it was my period and it wasn't the next morning no blood on the tampon I haven't bled since that night now just lower stomach pains and pelvic pains
