I've had a bad backache all day and BHC all day as well.. keep getting spasms in my back that sorta feel like contractions every once in awhile it is a little painful but tolerable. .. has anyone gone through back labor and experience the same symptoms?

Feeling pretty concerned for when both my parents go back to work and im alone with avian all day every week cause so far the days were alone together are a disaster.

Im going out for the whole day with family, we will be travelling 4 hours all together there and back
Terrible back pains me pressure all day ... now I just do not feel good at all. Deciding whether or not I’m going to call the doctor.
Almost positive im having back contractions. Theyve been going on all day. Just not close enough to go to the hospital.
Woken up to the worse back pains ever I had to get on all fours for it do it but it keeps coming back😩😣and it hurts to walk😩
