Not to sound weird but are you constipated? I get a pain there when I can't go to the bathroom. I also get pain there when I have a gallbladder attack.

Hmm. When I have a gallbladder attack it feels like heartburn but 100x worse and it goes straight through to my back. Milk usually helps me. I hope you feel better

Ask your Dr, could be a possibility of pre-eclampsia. I had that same pain but never got it checked out.

also could be gunk in your galbladder, still should call to be safe.
