so my fiance contested the amount of child support they want him to pay. it went up to 509 a month... so we finally got his court date...same day as our son's first birthday...this bitch will pay!! im over her coming between us, starting problems that arent any if her business, always having my name in her mouth and putting me, my son and my fiance down! I have had enough!

Mine pays 700 a month for a kid the mother said "might" be his. She kindly waited to tell him that after the divorce and child support was done.

he should have a paternity test done to see @jenn61115 don't get me wrong it's not that i don't think he should pay because i do but why 509?! she is that women that is a bad mom, doesn't work expects everything to be handed to her, including 2 men taking care of her and paying her bills etc.

Oh I understand. That's how his ex is. She works one day a week and lives with her parents. But that's ok. We get to reevaluate in June and since the last time we've had a child that has to be factored in.

yeah since the last time we've had a child too but she has another one too so they said that this pretty much meant that my child and her other one cancel out. when that's not fair at all!
