Anyone else experience ovarian pain in early pregnancy? I have confirmed ovarian cysts. It's weird the pain is not constant and I've had no bleeding aside from implantation bleeding. It comes and goes.

I did. I had a cyst also and they checked it to make sure it didn't get bigger and it went away on its own :)

@rebie, @sarahmercer I have polycystic ovaries I guess my question is...could they've bursting. Why the pain?

I don't know from personal experience but I have friends who have had them rupture. Is it excruciating pain or just irritating pain @jenidoll

Yes on my right side for both pregnancies it was so annoying went away around 12 weeks my doctor said it could have been baby implanting

@jenidoll, I would think it hasn't ruptured and maybe it's just irritating your ovary! everytime mine have ruptured they were excruciating when they bursts and then let up. I wouldn't stress!!!
