My midwife told me to lay down and bring my knees up to my chest to help alleviate the pain /: that and Tylenol but she said it probably wouldn't help much

I use a heating pad and that helps a lot @harmony2078

It can be extremely painful sometimes

Yes! Round ligament pain is no joke 😩 thankfully mine has faded some the past week, but around 18-19 wks it was fierce.
