so my doctor asked me what kind of birth control i woukd like to go on after my pregnancy.. any suggestions ? anything besides the depot shot.. it has tooo many bad side effects ..
The Implanon is the best! It last 3 years and it works.
Or you can just take the pill if you remember to take it.
Implant! I've heard so many positive things about it, I'm planning on getting it after I give birth.
I also had depo it gave me a trouble skin break out and Eczem and I couldn't keep up with the pill ... So even though I'm only trying to convince I won't be using any more birth control I'm scared it will mess up my chances
Well I had the patch and it made me vomit because you wear it for 3 weeks then take it off and get your period but when I had to put it on again I'd be sick for 2 days
I've used the patch since I was 15 and I got off of it when I turned 19 and that's when I got pregnant. So to me it's pretty effective. Lol
I wouldn't get an IUD either. My sister had one for 5 years and now she's been trying to get pregnant for more than a year and it's not working out. Maybe the little bar that goes in your arm? My friend has it and she loves is. Has no problems. I used to take the pill, which I had no problems with. I second the no depo though, I gained a lot of weight with it and bled all 3 months I was on it and a girl I know got it a year ago and hasn't ovulated since she got it.
Mirena I would advise against in particular because my sister and a friend used it and gained 40-75 lbs on it in under a year. I don't use birth control as I have fertility issues and that would mess me up more hormonally. Just my two cents though.
i waa thinking about that one too .. they have ones with different years like 5-7 years something like that @jace2016
