You can . It's like the only thing that's safe . But I only take it when my headaches get unbearable! I hate it but I also hate being miserable . But do what you feel is safe for you & baby ! :)

No and my sinuses are acting up. I rather let Mother Nature do the job on its own. More orange juice and applesauce lol

Me !!!! I went to L&D and told them i was having contractions she said do you want Tylenol im like no everybody looked at me crazy lol

I don't either! I hate taking any meds in general even before I was pregnant. I had to cave once because I had a pounding headache plus a sore throat and sinus congestion. I hated to do it but it was either take some Tylenol or be absolutely miserable. Most of the time the negative effects from meds have to do with how often you take them. You'll be ok if you take them once in a while even though it sucks.

@coko, I'm the same way I never took anything before I was pregnant so I'm not going to make it a habit now the only thing I take is vitamin supplements.

I feel you girl! I get bad migraines (even before pregnancy) and I wouldn't take anything. I don't care what they say is safe, there's plenty of "safe" things on the market that aren't really safe.
