Do grandma have a right to see my baby or can I say no..... Meaning my mother in law

As far as im aware they don't have any legal rights to the baby, only you and your partner do. So it's up to you guys😄

Grandparents can apply for visitation with a child through court, it's not always granted of course but in Australia they can. No legal "rights" or anything though.

What's going on?

My hubby mums smokes and dose drugs and her bf been in jail... And she thinks that's she going look after the kid. And i don't won't him around stuff like that. @carlyanaya

Oh that's rough. Well just say she can visit but she can't take the baby to babysit him

And you can say you don't want any visitors for the first month etc or make sure they are vaccinated for whooping cough
