try calling the hospital & explaining the situation & see if they can point you in the right direction..

i had my son 2 hrs away and did all that through mail ! just call girl, they'll understand.

I was just worried about me taking to long to do it but I read that some lady took 2yrs to do it due to problems with her husband not wanting the baby but yeah I'll call tomorrow thank you so much @aek91 @minnie_

lol no one told me about it and i didnt do it till my son was 6 mo. until i was looking through his folfer and found a fill out sheet for he's birth certificate, as long as he don't get to 18 and doesn't travel your good lol @rickysmommy

Yeah that's what I was doing earlier I found the sheet and my mom kept telling me that why didn't I do it when I was over there since I stayed in the hospital for a while but it never occurred to me to do it since I was basically all drugged our from so many medication I was on I couldn't even hold my baby ... But thanks I will definitely call in the morning @minnie_
