anyone have a c section recently and have horrible back pain? What have you done to relive the pain?

I had mine 10 years ago and it never went away. I also had a leak in my spinal fluid so every time I lay on my back my brain would rub against my skull and cause a severe migraine. they almost had to put a plug in it.

I had one 15 years ago and my back has hurt a bit since then but this time i can barley stand the pain in my back. Ive been taking motrin but its not helping@mamabearto2cubs

@rhia I would definitely talk to your dr they could have hurt something in your spine
