Idk if they measure it by inches or cm. but my tech for sonogram said I have a cervix of steal 4 1/2 (cm?or In?) can't remember. but basically they look to see if it's at least 2+ cuz under 2 is risk for earlier labor. now I'm worried I won't dilate ever? or maybe at risk for halfen to get induced or csection. anyone else know about this??? comment plz

so to give perspective, my cervix is about 3....but I'm dilated a bit. I'm not effaced at all and have had no shortening. When it comes time for baby to come your body will know what to do 😊

who does?? you'd be surprised what your body is capable of. I think the idea of c sections gets pushed around a lot because it's on a schedule but trust that your body will do exactly what it's meant to do
