he has threatened to kill her 4 different times, yet the court's will not give me a protection order or anything. He also believes he is her uncle I straight up told him by blood, maybe but I promise she won't know you or your children exist... he did what??!!! and they wonder give you an order of protection?? B is a human too for the love of God.... and he may share DNA but that doesn't mean he needs to be a part of her life.... he sounds like a douche kabob

@motherof4_galore Joseph agrees he's worse than me with this situation Joseph told his brother if he comes near Brin or I that Jonathon wouldn't be able to walk, the only reason he hasn't hit him yet is because me and johnathon wife were trying to get him off Joseph so he wouldn't swing😩 it's a huge mess I swear all because I'm pregnant and johnathon hates it

@sarahdrew yeah twice over the phone and once in person he tackle Joseph to the floor and of course I wasn't going to let him do that because I know Joseph, Joseph isn't going to swing bc his bother is a fool but even more because Jennifer and i were in the way(both pregnant) finally when we got him off Joe told me let's go so we walked out the door and johnathon screamed " I'll kill you and that baby" "I promise you'll never meet her" and that's when I snapped and told Johnathon I dare him that he better be able to back up what he says. So we called the cops his daughter hayleigh was holding onto my leg crying and the cops said he did nothing wrong that B isn't considered anything.

B has a heartbeat so therefore in my book is a human being..... and he threatened you so umm yeah something should done smdh some cops these days.... I agree with @motherof4_galore Joseph needs to cut ties honestly.... why was the lil girl holding on to you? is she scared of her dad?

@motherof4_galore that is the thing its tricky right now, we have cut all ties with Johnathon BUT johnathon lives with their grandma who raised both Joe and johnathon he's one of those that pops out kids for money but doesn't take care of them. We were going to just say to hell with it but we found out Ann, Joseph grandma has breast cancer and she's already older and has tons of other health issues so we don't think she will be here much longer and we go see her to make sure she is apart of the journey with BB and johnathon seems to think bc we worry about Ann that he matters-.-

@sarahdrew agreed girl if we were in Texas where I'm from Johnathon would be in jail and both B and I would have a restraining order on him and yes, she's terrified of her father... she's only 4 and hides from him which he's a drunk and abuses them, we are waiting on DHR to get involved bc I'm sure we will end up with Hayleigh Hayden and this new baby Nathan which means I'll have 2 new borns a month apart😩 but anything to make sure they grow up right i just wont be the one to call bc I believe in karma

those poor babies my heart breaks for them.... right, Texas doesn't mess around with that kind of stuff (I've been told, my husbands best friend lives there).. I don't blame you for not wanting to call, karma isn't something to mess around with

@sarahdrew no they don't at all, but Alabama on the other has some of the dumbest laws and crooked cops I've ever seen.
