If anybody is looking for a really good natural soap, try this place. http://www.slabsoap.com/ it's handmade and smells so nice. I highly recommend the bars with oatmeal in them. I have struggled with dry elbows forever even lotion wouldn't help and when I switched from bath and body works shower gel to the oatmeal soaps (has actual oatmeal in it to exfoliate) my elbows are so soft as well as my feet. They seem a bit expensive at first but we break them in half or in thirds and make sure to not leave them in the shower when not using them (they don't crack or get weird like commercial barsoap) so they last a long time. I use it to wash my face and you can use it as shampoo. I will never use any other soap, it's that nice. 😀
