I think I started giving my daughter the little alphabet sopitas like around 8 or 9 months. Just go with ur gut mama. You'll know when ur baby is ready.

@mommytolucia, Im so strict about it, like I don't want to give him pretty much anything besides gerber, but people is telling me I should start trying other things too

no he can have sauce just make sure small piece cut noodles in half

Just try a couple bites and see how he reacts then. If he doesn't like that, then with ur doctors approval even try basic spaghetti. My daughter freaked out when we first gave it to her and it's been her favorite ever since lol
