I wish I could find more information on EARLY labor. Everything jumps right to the pushing part. Okay, thats nice and all, but I'll be at the HOSPITAL then. They will get me where I need to be. I want to know if I'm even in labor! What signs to watch for. "bla bla contractions" Okay, how do I tell between cramps from diarrhea and actual contractions?! It is mind boggling and I'm losing it here.

contractions will cause your stomach to get hard and tight and you will have pain in either lower back l, lower belly and if your like me in the upper belly . contractions tend to go and come but they get intense with time. you can get a contraction timer that will help you keep track if you are in labor hope this help any

@jas0626, noooot really honestly. I know timing and such, I guess I'm just struggling with being able to identify a contraction. I hurt all over, all the time. I get cramps, but with no regularity. I guess I'm just struggling with labor signs as a whole. :\
