my daughter just puked all over her and me..she woke up around 11am and threw up around 12:30ish.. she refused food and milk since she woke up soo she basically threw up nothing.. but now she only wants milk.. is it okay to give her milk after throwing up? I've tried tea, soup, bacon(her favorite) cereal.. and she only wants milk!

Don't give her milk. It's not good to give after throwing up she will just throw up more. Try pedialyte that helps

No milk it's a natural vomit inducer when you are sick. Not sure how old she is but try popsicles, pedialyte any kind of clear fluids

@yari93 @34466 thank you.. i haven't given her milk yet and she's upset now.. i really don't know what else to give her other than water..I'll try the pedialyte but she hates it.. she's 3 by the way..

Give her Gatorade try any kind of fluids you can. I know milk would be the easiest ive given in in the past with my oldest but you run the risk of them throwing up more and becoming dehydrated. Try anything you can think of you know she loves. Juice, applesauce, anything that contains fluids.

They also have pedialyte Popsicles my kids love them maybe she will like them.

Try pedialite, warm ginger ale , and room temperature water . Shouldn't give anymore milk tho . @mommybug

@34466 @yari93 @ms.jones she drank some Gatorade and 2 cups of tea with honey.. she hasn't eaten anything all day though.. kind of afraid she'll throw up again

@mommybug, that's fine if she doesn't eat as long as she's getting fluids. If she is not peeing then you need to take her to the doc. But other than that as long as she's taking fluids your good and she will get back to solids soon
