this has nothing to do with pregnancy but im just wondering if anyone knows. so my husband had a road test today but he needed to rent a car cuz ours has no hand brake which is needed for the actual road test. it was 74$ for 1 day. we went and stood on line only to be told the insurance is a month expired and we had to find another car. we found one from a driving school so we had to pay 70$. can i complain and get my money back or at least partial? btw he failed. so im not too happy about us spending 140+ and he ended up failing anyway. help?
