Try taking them with orange juice! I was the same way and I started taking them with orange juice.... And it has helped me so much! Just make sure you eat something before 😊

yes tried all kinds and I still get sick @madibrice

you may have tried already but I eat a little, take my vitamin and then finish eating. it's the only way I don't get sick @mrz.love

They are tough to stomach! I always do mine with lunch bc it's my biggest meal of the day. Mine also taste terrible if I burp and when I take them in the middle of my meal it doesn't happen. I would say it's worth a try! My sister in law always took 2 Flintstones vitamins and her Dr said that was fine.@mrz.love,
