I used ovia fertility to track my periods, it tells your your most fertile days based on your symptoms! I got my bc out and 3 months later I was pregnant!

I'm using Ovia now :) I recently had ovarian drilling and now I am finally starting to do ovulation testing and hopefully get my little bundle of joy :)

Yes basal temp. vaginally temping is the most accurate. (some nights you may sleep with your mouth open which will effect the temp) I recommend it. doctors claim it's the only way to know when you have ovulated.
