Well I don't think it really makes a difference on race but as a stylist I recommend bringing their favorite toy and most likely you will sit with them with a cape over you as well. At best it will go good lol maybe bring a bottle? Idk

definitely doesn't depend on race, but you just need to bring something that will keep them calm. a sucker always worked with my son.

@edomke Thank you. The reason I specifically said black versus any other race is because my baby has really thick coarse hair. I'm sure it'll be longer than a lot of other babies. They won't be using scissors at all. Only a clipper.

that's understandable. we didn't get my sons hair cut with scissors until just recently when we grew it out but its always been shaved, my husband usually takes him so I don't know much about how it cut lol but I know to make him sit because its usually an hour the longest is to bring candy.
