my daughter got rashes with certain foods but check with your dr to know for sure

I'm not seeing the blotches now so I'm not sure what they are. his dad is wanting to stop cereal now and just wait to do baby food. he usually poops twice a day and didn't at all yesterday, but he did this morning and it looked normal. should I continue it for a couple days and see how he does? I just dont want to start something with him and then quit.
