yeah, it's not good. the only thing keeping the baby alive is the oxygen from the placenta

No never heard of that @britbrat94 that doesn't sound very good though bc even in the second trimester they are practicing their breathing

I mean, haven't developed at all. The lungs aren't there

my sister had her twins at 35 weeks & they stayed in nicu because their lungs weren't fully developed, so they had some breathing problems

I don't think babies lungs are fully developed until 37 weeks gestation

lungs are typically one of the last things to fully develop.
