Horrendous cold!! Blocked nose and partly blocked throat! Anyone know what I can take?

i found it yesterday in the chemist. you take it at first signs of a cold and helps stop the cold progress. suitable in pregnancy as i asked the chemist. i have a cold so taking it myself. xxx @briony1994
