You're pregnant for 9 months, 36w is the beginning of 9th month & 40w is the end of your 9th month. If you were to go to 41w then you'd be in your 10th month

@supermommy31082, Lol, your doctor didn't tell you that you're actually pregnant for 10 months? Mine did! Even though I had heard it before him as well.

it never dawned on me with my last two I was young but this time around I'm old and think about a lot of shit lol

36 weeks is still not term. They say 9 months, even though it's 40 weeks, because day one is the first day of your last period. So one week of bleeding, one week before ovulation, ovulation, then couple days later implantation, then you're actually pregnant. So the first 3 weeks of "pregnancy" you're not actually pregnant yet. Babies lungs are still developing and is putting on the much needed fat and developing its immune system even more. This is my third as well.

yeah yeah I know he's gonna stay put till he is ready I just think they need not false advertise saying 9 months lol but my little guys so active I think he is gonna try and leave early and I can't wait seems like I been pregnant 12 months thanks ladies for all the advice 😊😊😊
