Omg contractions are 3 mins apart and so strong I can't move or breathe with them, but some how I still haven't dilated! Where does that make any sense 😔 they said go home and sleep but idk how I am supposed to sleep when they are this painful.

man! smh go home and sleep there is no sleeping..I fell asleep in between mine cause i was THAT tired but I woke up on every one so that's like NO sleep . I'm sorry they sent u home smh that sucks man

@kaliyahsmommy, yeah I'm 40 weeks and one day... Contractions are 3-4 mins apart and she said 70% effaced but not dilating any which makes no sense to me lol

well at least its softening 😥 aww poor baby smh I'd cry lmao. I'm so glad I was 4 cm when I went in I stayed home in pain for a long time cause I didn't want to get told to go home man all hell would have broke loose haha good luck babygirl breathe thru!

@kaliyahsmommy, thanks! My husband made us go haha I'm not getting any sleep tonight. The pain goes into my thighs. I'm going to soak in a warm bath and hope that helps!
