the only thing that determines whether you can push or not is if your cervix. it's got nothing to do with the size of your vagina since it all stretches. and you can still push and deliver baby even if the baby is breech
Also if its taking you too long after your ready pushing and the baby heart rate drops. They will consider a c-section. Thats what happened with my first one.
