Do any itger pregnant moms experience there feet swelling after taking a hot shower? Mine get so sore and swollen 😢😔

the warm shower causes your veins to dilate. the extra blood tends to pool in the lower extremeties. this is also why some women get dizzy in the shower....fun fact 😊
